How To Fix Polycarbonate Sheets To A Greenhouse
See our step by step guide on how to fix polycarbonate sheets to your greenhouse.
Peel any protective film away from the edges of the polycarbonate sheet. Ensure all edges are clean and free from contamination. The metalised blanking tape should be applied to the upper edge of the sheets.
The anti dust breather tape should be applied to the bottom edge of the sheet. The breather tape is a self adhesive tape that prevents dust and insects from entering polycarbonate sheets, whilst at the same time allowing full ventilation of the glazing space. Always apply tapes firmly with pressure allowing an even bond to either side on the sheet.
All open flutes should be sealed with tape. To ensure protection from birds you should always use this tape in conjunction with our polycarbonate sheet end closures.
