DELIVERY OF GUARDIAN PRODUCTS
The following Guardian product ranges are currently on a 5 - 7 working day lead time:
- Decorative Internal Cladding
Please note - we are no longer able to deliver Guardian products to Northern Ireland.
All orders containing products from Guardian are subject to a delivery charge of £20 + VAT.

DELIVERY & DAMAGES POLICY
Where every effort is taken to ensure that the correct goods are delivered and without damage, in exceptional circumstances this may not always be the case. In these circumstances we ask that the delivery is signed for as damaged, and damages are reported to our customer services team as soon as possible. Photos should be sent at your earliest convenience. If goods are signed for as unchecked the carrier deems this to be accepted in good condition under their terms and conditions, so if unsure sign damaged.
RETURNS OF GUARDIAN PRODUCTS
Should you wish, for any reason, to return goods to Guardian Building Products, we can make the necessary arrangements and goods will be credited at your prices ruling at the time of purchase less a 15% re-stocking charge and less the cost of return carriage to the manufacturer warehouse.
Upon receipt all returned goods will be inspected and only those in a re-saleable condition will be credited, less the reductions above.

DELIVERY OF SHOWER WALL CLADDING
- PLEASE NOTE – Shower wall cladding products will be delivered directly from the manufacturer and will therefore have an extended lead time of 1 - 2 weeks, expected delivery dates will be advised once orders are placed.
- Any printed shower wall cladding products are subject to an extended delivery lead time of 3 - 6 weeks, and a non-stock agreement form will need to be completed if more than one printed cladding panel is ordered.
- This range is subject to a delivery charge of £30 + VAT.

SHOWER WALL CLADDING REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- If, within 14 days of delivery, you wish to return your Shower Wall Cladding products, please contact us – returns must be confirmed by us before goods can be sent back by the customer. Any requests for returns made after 14 days will be denied.
- The customer is liable for shipping costs for returns, and any damages will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This range is subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
DELIVERY OF LIVIT VINYL FLOORING
- PLEASE NOTE – LiViT products will be delivered directly from the manufacturer and will therefore have an extended lead time of 1 - 2 weeks, expected delivery dates will be advised once orders are placed.
- This range is subject to a delivery charge of £30 + VAT.

LIVIT VINYL FLOORING REFUNDS AND RETURNS
