White is the most popular colour of PVC fascia board as they suit most homes as they are. This is because many exterior property features that white fascias go well with such as white window frames and doors, as well as black guttering are very common. Smooth white fascia boards are also have a lower price point compared to other colours and finishes.
Yes, the only maintenance that is required to keep white PVC fascia clean is to wipe it down once a year with warm, soapy water and a large sponge or washcloth.
Yes, by default our smooth white fascia boards boast a 20-year manufacturer's guarantee, which is the longest guarantee out of any of our fascia options. However, this can be extended to a 50-year guarantee when the installation is carried out by a Freefoam registered installer. The white woodgrain boards have a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
Smooth white fascia boards have a glossy and slightly reflective finish akin to white PVC window and door frames, which is one of the reasons why they are so popular on modern properties. White woodgrain boards on the other hand mimic the appearance of white painted timber fascias and tend to suit more traditional or period properties.
All smooth fascia boards have colour pigments added directly to the PVC co-extruded layer whereas the woodgrain boards have a laminate foil.
