Lindab steel guttering’s five-layer manufacturing process creates an extremely robust and long-lasting rainwater system. Although the performance guarantee of the system is 15 years, Lindab systems have a full functional life expectancy of up to 70 years.
The zinc coating of the steel that is applied to both the inside and outside of the gutters carries a polymer grain that creates a scratch-resistant surface.
The coating on the galvanised guttering specifically has self-healing properties, any scratches or cuts are healed automatically by zinc ions within the coating.
