Red Cedar

WHAT COLOUR IS RED CEDAR?

Durasid red cedar cladding is designed with the appearance of Western red cedar timber – it boasts a warm, red brown hue with a digitally printed natural-looking woodgrain design.

DOES RED CEDAR CLADDING GO GREY?

Our red cedar cladding from Durasid will not go grey. The colour will stay vibrant for years to come, thanks to the durable rigid foam material that Durasid is manufactured with.

DOES WESTERN RED CEDAR NEED TO BE TREATED?

No, Durasid red cedar cladding does not need to be treated. It is coloured throughout the entire board, so even if the top layers of the board are weathered away over time, the colour and quality will remain good as new.

HOW MUCH DOES WESTERN RED CEDAR COST?

Our red cedar cladding, inspired by natural Western red cedar timber, comes in 5 metre boards and is priced at £74.07 per board. This is a lower cost in the long run when compared with timber cladding, which will require a lot of maintenance and replacements over the years – Durasid cladding, on the other hand, is built to last!

DOES SIBERIAN LARCH GO SILVER?

Unlike natural Siberian larch timber, Durasid’s Siberian larch cladding does not change in colour in any way. HOW LONG DOES SIBERIAN LARCH CLADDING LAST?

Our Siberian larch cladding from Durasid is supplied with a 10-year UV guarantee, but generally will last far longer as long as it is kept clean and in good condition!
