This manhole cover is made from ductile iron. It features a double triangular cover format with non-rocking 3 point suspension.
It has a D400 (40 Tonnes) Tonne load rating, which makes is suitable for delivery areas and car parks.
Like all manhole covers, the size refers to the clear opening size €“ in this case 600mm x 450mm (24 x 18). The actual overall size of the cover including the frame is 735mm x 585mm x 100mm.
