UPVC Roofline Installation - PDF
Take a look at our leaflet on installation tips for UPVC roofline components, in refurbishment and new build replacement projects.
Much like the Standard Cover board this range of Ogee Cover Boards can be used in new build applications when fixed to a suitable rigid backing board or as a capping board. On older properties with timber fascias which are in good condition but no longer look as good as they once did, the Ogee Cover Boards sold by PVC Cladding are an excellent way to refresh and modernise the roofline image.
These cover boards have an elegant moulding on the lower edge which resembles an “S” when viewed in profile and when coupled with our range of Ogee Guttering (we think that white or black both look particularly good with white ogee boards!) provides the Roofline with a unique feature.
Cover Boards are measured externally from tip to tip. This means that, as the bottom return lip of the cover board is 9mm thick, a 150mm Cover Board will actually cover 141mm of the existing fascia. The short video below explains it visually.
