Take a look at our leaflet on installation tips for UPVC roofline components, in refurbishment and new build replacement projects.
PVC Cladding stock the K16 Bullnosed Fascia range manufactured by Kestrel, which at 16mm thick is the minimum thickness for a fascia board without needing to resort to a suitable backing board.
In installations which anticipate normal domestic snowloads within the chosen UPVC Guttering System this fascia board will provide the strength to suit the application, alternatively as a direct to wall fascia for a flat roof detail this Bullnosed Board provides an attractive finish.
The Bullnosed UPVC Fascia stocked by PVC Cladding is available in standard White, and comes in either a 16mm thickness or a 22mm thickness. Available in widths from 150mm up to 250mm, all lengths are 5 metres.
The Bullnosed Fascias stocked by PVC Cladding carry a 20 year product guarantee for both performance and significant discolouration.
Our range of Bullnosed Fascia Boards should be fixed to the rafter feet using 2 x 65mm Polytop nails in line vertically, and horizontally spaced no more than 600mm apart to ensure a secure installation.
If being installed direct to the wall suitable screws and expansion plugs should be used in the same configuration as the nails.
