Alukap-SS Polycarbonate Glazing Bars - High Span

Ideal for longer spans up to 6m in length, the Alukap®-SS High Span bar boasts great strength and exceptional spanning capabilities. Suitable for use with any Axiome multiwall sheet thickness, these aluminium bars can be installed in the toughest of environments.

These self support bars are easy to install in a polycarbonate structure and the powder coating not only provides a sleek aesthetic, but also the ability to withstand the effects of the toughest weathering. This long-lasting solution in made up of all aluminium components and utilises concealed fixings as opposed to plastic connections to secure the bars.

Alukap’s high span bars can span a width of up to six metres which is among the highest on the market, making them suitable for the most demanding of domestic or commercial applications. All bars easily bolt to the wall and eaves beam are compatible with not only all thicknesses of Axiome polycarbonate sheets, but also single glazed glass and double-glazed units.

Our brown bars are manufactured to RAL 8040 and our white bars to RAL 9010. Our powder coated bars are bespoke coloured and can be painted to any RAL colour, please get in contact with us if you would like to enquire about these.
